This is a short video review of a braking contest which was held in Kiev last friday. The aim of this contest was to check which is faster: to stop using a brake or slides. Competitors were divided into two teams. Team 1 used slides to stop and team 2 used standard braking devices. We used a car with 2 ropes to ensure that the competitors had the same speed (35kph at the beginning and later 55kph and more up to 70kph). Sliding proved to be more effective but more dangerous and expensive. Enjoy watching.
